Free Teacher Development Workshops this February in Barcelona (2018)

We are looking forward to the next round of free teacher workshops coming up at Oxford TEFL in Barcelona! Come out of the cold and join us on one of the following Fridays. This is your chance to pick up some practical tips and develop your teaching skills from experienced teachers and trainers. As always, there will be snacks and drinks in the break which is another opportunity to network with other teachers in the city and enjoy our lovely garden.

Friday February 16th

11.00 – 11.50 Power to the learner: What do students say they value in a language course and what implications does this have for teachers? I will share some informal research based on student feedback at Oxford House which carries a few surprises and which led me  to think that some elements of established TEFL theory and practice maybe hindering rather than helping our students.
